Note: The results from this calculator should be used as an indication only. Results reflect recommendations based on credit history only and further qualifying criteria apply. Results do not represent either quotes or pre-qualifications for a loan. Provision of a loan is entirely at Bluestone’s discretion and is subject to its usual terms, fees and charges. The specific details of a loan will be contained in the loan contract.

1. Does your customer qualify for Prime? All defaults under $500 and paid, CLEAR mortgage conduct and unsecured debts are maintained.

2a. Number of Defaults over $1000, originated in last 12 months.

2b. Number of defaults over $1000, originated 12 - 24 months ago.

3a. Number of full month mortgage or rental payments missed within last 6 months.

3b. Was the mortgage or rental arrears made up within 30 days and is the account up to date now (if zero arrears, answer 'Yes')?

4. Number of years since discharged bankruptcy as shown on CRA.

5a. Is your customer in a current Part 9 or 10 debt agreement?

5b. Can you evidence clear repayment history for the last 6 months?

6a. Does your customer have unsecured debt arrears like personal loans or credit cards?

6b. Will the unsecured debt arrears be up to date at loan submission?
