Product Features
- Unlimited debt consolidation including ATO debt, business debt or privately funded loans
- Unlimited cash out up to 80%, $200k > 80%
- Discharged bankruptcies acceptable if more than 1 day
- Judgements & defaults up to $2,000 or older than 12 months old ignored
- Borrow up to 85% LVR without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI)
- Part IX and X debt agreements can be paid out (with good repayment history)
