The broker contacted their Bluestone Home Loans BDM to discuss income requirements for a couple, where one of the applicants worked for their partner’s business.
Workshopping the solution
The underwriter assured the broker that we would accept his client’s PAYG payslips and we would just need his individual Tax Returns and NOA. Following this, the underwriter explained that we would also require self-employed / Alt-Doc income verification from the business owner as she was the secondary applicant.
