What was the customer’s situation and how did Bluestone?

The clients wanted to purchase multiple residential properties through SMSF, under extremely tight turnaround times for settlement. 

What made this deal unique or challenging?

The clients wanted to maximise LVR through rental and interest returns only and therefore did not contribute more to the fund. 

Turnaround times were tight and became a challenge when we experienced delays with valuations and tenant issues.

The credit team was exceptional, they updated me promptly when they experienced delays with property valuations. Documents were escalated quickly, emailed and reviewed via scan return to reduce time. It really felt like we were a team working to assist the client!
