Tell us a bit about your customer’s situation, and what they were looking for or needed in a home loan? 

My customer needed a rapid turnaround on their application. Since it was a complex SMSF transaction, we expected some back and forth. However, the stakeholders from Bluestone were ready to prioritise the deal. It was phenomenal to see. Everyone from sales, credit and risk to technology, legal and compliance worked overtime to ensure that the timelines were met.
