Broker success story: Broker – MCP Group

A high net worth doesn’t mean you’ll automatically get a home or investment loan, especially if your taxable income isn’t at the level the mainstream banks want. 

This was the issue for one of our brokers whose clients already had unencumbered property and were looking for funding for a further investment purchase. Servicing wasn’t possible through the mainstream banks but Bluestone was only too happy to help!

What was the customer’s situation?

The clients were self-employed with an unencumbered home and investment property (net worth >$5M). Their taxable income did not allow them to service a further investment purchase via the mainstream banks. The clients were very happy to borrow the amount requested and receive an excellent interest rate.

What made this deal unique or challenging?

Servicing was not possible via mainstream banks. Although the clients have a very strong financial statement of position, they were unable to purchase a further investment property without the help of Bluestone.
